Establish a “first line communication policy” that will respond to residents concerns and questions immediately.

I will initiate a first line communication policy, which will ensure a speedy response from the city when a resident has a concern. As I’ve canvassed the city, I’ve heard time and time again that many residents have been forced to wait far too long for city assistance when it has been needed. When I am your Mayor, this will not be the case. I will institute a system which ensures prompt attention from the city to address the specific situation the resident is facing. My administration’s goal will be to respond to every phone call and E-mail on a daily basis. The residents of North Royalton deserve nothing less!
